  • (In most cases, you can buy and rehab with NO MONEY DOWN).

  • We will manage the rehab for you (using your subs or ours).

  • Once the rehab is complete, we offer an OPTIONAL property management service.

What is the cost?

We are offering a flat-fee consulting service. 

We do not make a commission when you purchase a property.

We do not 'markup' the rehab cost.

We do not get a 'finder's fee' on the financing.

We work to save you the most money we can.  We treat your project like one of our own rehabs.

We are paid once the rehab is complete and the property is ready to refinance.

In most cases, our fee is paid out of the rehab escrow.

In most cases, we charge a flat fee of $7,500 to help put the deal together and manage the rehab.

For most investors, we will save you that amount on the rehab alone.

We also save/make you money by helping you select the right deal and pay the right price.

 

The bottom line is:

We will look long and hard at the NUMBERS for each deal.  If the numbers work for you, we do the deal.
