This is a 70x220 vacant lot located in the Paradise Park community near Forest Parkway and I-675.  The entire area was just designated "mixed use" in the new Clayton County comprehensive plan.  This area is ready for redevelopment.

 

At present, sewer is a few blocks away and the lot is too small to receive septic approval.  Best bet is to hold for redevelopment or until sewer reaches the area.

 

Mixed use is a new designation for Clayton County.  The county is encouraging dense development in the area.  Allowable uses for this lot include: condos, town homes, apartments, small single-family detached homes, offices and neighborhood-friendly retail.
